YOU CAN INSTALL A LINER WITHOUT FOAM, BUT THIS IS THE WAY WE DO IT AND EVERYONE LOVES IT. WE ALSO PAD THE SEATS WITH FOAM AND COVER WITH VINYL (USUALLY WHITE), USING STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS AND WASHERS TO STRETCH AND ANCHOR THE VINYL ON THE UNDERSIDE.      REPLACE SEATS USING STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS. YES, YOU CAN SCREW RIGHT THROUGH THE VINYL AND FOAM WITHOUT IT LEAKING.

 

Measuring the wood hot tub for a liner requires only a few dimensions: Inside width and depth are all that is needed for cylindrical (round) tubs. You'll just need to measure the inside width to the nearest 1/4". Measure the depth to the top of the tub. We will add an extra 6" to 8" to allow for the overlap and confirm that dimension when you order. Rectangular and oval tubs will need width, length and depth. For other sizes and shapes, simply provide us with a drawing and we can make your liner from that.

If you wish to show the wood on the top and side of your hot tub or have a liner with a tile border at the top, or your tub has steps or decking around the tub that prevents a liner from being overlapped, may we suggest installing your liner using our PVC tracking. The flexible track installs at the top, inside edge of your tub. The liner is made with a bead which snaps into the tracking and is secured with a strip of vinyl for a nice, finished installation. There is no extra charge for making the liner in this style.
